Studio Terms
Booking Confirmation & Payment Terms
- A booking is confirmed once Story Grid Media receives either full payment or a minimum 50% deposit.
- Remaining balance must be paid immediately after the shoot concludes.
Booking Time
- Booking time begins as per client confirmation. Late arrivals will be charged from the originally scheduled time.
Setup & Cleanup
- Setup and cleanup are included within booked hours. Adhering to schedule avoids overtime fees.
Studio Cleanliness
- The client must leave the studio in a reasonable condition to avoid extra cleaning fees (standard Rs. 500).
- Large shoots/events with 5+ people may incur a 15% cleaning fee or a pre-agreed rate.
- Extra cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit if required.
Number of Attendees
- Rates cover up to 5 attendees. Any increase may incur additional charges (Rs. 500 per person).
- Story Grid Media reserves the right to refuse entry if maximum capacity is exceeded.
Minors
- All minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a guardian. Parental or guardian consent is mandatory for filming or photography.
Equipment Use
- Equipment must be returned in its original condition. Damages or missing items will incur repair/replacement costs.
- Equipment cannot be removed, modified, or used by unauthorized persons without written consent.
- All props/equipment must be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed without prior booking.
Damages & Losses
- Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment or premises.
- Story Grid Media is not liable for consequential losses, breakdowns, or equipment failures.
- Alterations to studio/equipment require prior written consent.
- Clients must inspect equipment at the time of supply and report any issues.
Booking Changes & Cancellations
Re-booking:
- First reschedule: No fee.
- Subsequent reschedules: 10% of total booking cost.
Cancellation Fees:
- ≥7 days notice: 25% of advance.
- 3–7 days notice: 50% of advance.
- <3 days notice: 75% of advance.
- <1 day notice: 100% of advance.
Termination
- Story Grid Media may terminate a booking if terms are breached.
Noise
- Music is allowed at moderate levels indoors; external noise should be kept minimal.
- Music must stop by 10 PM; noise should be low afterward.
Waste & Littering
- Clients must dispose of waste in designated bins.
- Eating in the studio is prohibited; dedicated dining areas are provided. Violations may incur extra charges.
Non-Solicitation
- Clients must not hire or solicit Story Grid Media’s employees or consultants.
Variations
- Terms may change; clients will be informed prior to booking.
Applicable Law
- Governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in
